Congratulations Email

As soon as your Best Seller campaign is finished and you have captures the screen shots, congratulate each author from your book via email.  Below is a sample email you can use:

Congratulations!  Your Book Name reached XXX Best Seller lists on Amazon.  We have attached several screen shots showing your Best Seller rankings.

In the next couple of days, you will receive a draft copy of a News Release announcing your Best Seller status for approval.
